Create a Persona account, add  selections to your shopping cart, checkout. Pay by PayPal  and the transaction is completed immediately. Start downloading. It's easy, fast and safe. Your email is your user ID. Your account information is private.

Your account lists the orders you have completed. Within each order are download links. Click the links one at a time to download. If you have several downloads, keep your  order page open so that you can download the next file after the first is completed. You can return to your account if you leave for any reason   Logon by entering your email address as ID and then enter your password. If you forgot your password, click the link to send your password by email.

We allow  72 hours to complete the download.

After you click a download link, in  Windows a  download menu appears with two choices.
We recommend you save the file first.

(1) Save  files... you should have  designated folders to keep  eBook files, music  files and document files separately, so that you can  access the files  later. You can keep the download file name or give the file your own names as you save the file.

(2) Open the file.  I you have the Abode Reader is installed,  the open selection    will run the reader  automatically. Be sure to save the eBook file before you close the reader. MP3 files will be played by all  music player devices and programs.

Download Time varies with file size  (the range is  from 0.3 MB to  12 MB for music, larger ebooks and the longer audio tutorials). Be sure to save the downloaded files in a known location. If you have  difficulty with the first download, you can return to your account, locate the  slections you want to download and try again.

Persona Files have been screened for viruses  and are safe to download and safe to open.

Security Settings on your computer may block downloads: In response to the virus warnings, Internet users have been advised to change their browser security settings to High. This setting may prevent you from downloading any files. To find out how to make Persona a trusted Web site using users of Internet Explorer should refer to their browser’s Help documentation. Or you can temporarily reduce your browser security to Medium,download the eBook files and then reset your browser's security to High. The newest browsers will have a download warning bar,you will have to approve before a file is downloaded. For other browsers, please see your Help documentation for changing security settings. Firewalls may also block downloads. Often the firewall program will ask for your permission to download.
