For PDF books files, if the Abode Reader is installed, you can choose to open the eBook automatically.
Be sure to save the eBook file before you close the Reader.  You should have a designated folder to keep the eBook files so that you can return and read the book at any time. You can keep the download file name or give you own names as you save the file.

For MP3 music files in Zip folders, save the zip folder in a folder that contains your music files. In Windows click on the folder and choose the extract all option to unzip the files to your hard drive. A new folder containing the MP3 files will be created. The MP3 files will play on all computers, laptops, notebooks, smart phones, iPods,. iPads, CD and DVD players and all portable music players. Some albums contain liner notes or minibooks as PDF files that introduce the music.

If you have  difficulty with the first download, you can return to your account, locate the documents you want to download and try again (3 tries are permitted over  72 hours). If you close your account page before completing, return to your account and Logon.

Logon to my Account   Enter your email address as ID and then enter your password. Your account page will show each order you created. Click the order number to see the download links listed in your order.

Some troubleshooting tips

Downloading files is becoming more complicated as security and firewall protections increases in most computers. Inexperienced people sometimes encounter problems and do not have the patience to learn how to modify their security settings to receive the download or they do not know where the file has been saved on their hard drive and cannot locate it to use at a later date.

The idea is that a downloaded file is saved to your hard drive. You have to designate a folder so you know where it is. The book file can be recalled at any time to be read and re-read. You could probably locate it on your hard drive by searching for PDF or MP3 files and/or files changed in the past week.

Security Settings in Windows Internet Explorer: In response to the virus warnings, Internet users have been advised to change their browser security settings to High. This setting may prevent you from downloading any files. To find out how to make Persona a trusted Web site using users of Internet Explorer should refer to their browser’s Help documentation. Or you can temporarily reduce your browser security to Medium, download the eBook files and then reset your browser's security to High.

Firewalls may also block file downloads. 

If you have not used eBooks before, we recommend that you download and try an eBook reader, sample free eBooks and, if you like using eBooks, then order more. There are many advantages to eBooks that you might appreciate.
